We are pleased to introduce this heritage cum residential development project at 139-147 Argyle Street, which redevelop the former CLP Head Office site into a residential development. The Clock Tower Building which is classified as Grade 1 historic building is adaptively re-used as museum and office for the Hong Kong Heritage Project.
The design concept of the new development is to enhance a sympathetic relationship with the Clock Tower Building. The façade of the three 20-storey residential towers and the podium are designed with strong reference to the details, material, colour and proportion of the Clock Tower Building.
